A Simple Exercise That Boosts Immune System and Detoxification

I need to confess....

I have a new addiction. Its called Rebounding. The great news is that it takes only a few minutes a day! A Rebounder is a tiny trampoline that you can store under your bed. It's a low impact workout that does not stress your joints yet it's a powerful fat burner. It also strengthens your entire musculoskeletal system: your bones, muscles, connective tissue, and even organs.

Many natural  health practitioners have used rebounding even with cancer patients (Hodgkin’s lymphoma) because jumping on a rebounder stimulates the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system aka “the garbage disposal of the body,” relies on movements as a pump. The vertical up-and-down movement of rebounding work as a pump.
